Cancellation/No Show Policy

If a 24 hour notice is not given to us, a $25 cancelation fee will be applicable to your next appointment.

Small-Medium dogs (and Cats) need vet clearance stating your pet will be okay on the grooming table 10 years+

Large and Extra Large dogs 8 years + need vet clearance 

We will not accept dogs that are injured. Once healed, we will need a vet clearance letter stating its okay to groom

The only vaccine we require is Rabies

We will not do dogs while they are in heat. Being in heat causes them and other dogs to become more anxious. A heat cycle is 14-21 days. We can groom them 1 week after their cycle is over. 

Pets are more than welcome to stay if need be. There will be a $25 holding fee if staying an hour. 2hours or more $50. Bathroom breaks, water and treats will be giving during their stay.   

We do not use muzzles or any other restraints to help steady an animal. We believe less is more. We will have an extra groomer come help hold if pet is anxious. We believe an extra set of hands will help calm down any anxiety. 

We use the 1,2,3 scale to determine the extra cost. 1= does not need much help, 3 = needs help throughout the full groom

Levels: 

1= $20

2= $40

3= $60

We always do our best to make sure you are happy with how the groom comes out. We would be more than happy to change anything you may not like when picking up your baby. However, if you would like us to change things after you leave the building, there will be a $20-$60 fee applied

Please note that our Saturday Grooms are a bit higher to insure all Over head and Over Time Pay is Covered. We will Groom every other Saturday from 9am-5pm

Those babies that need an extra handler for grooming will be charged 50% more of the Saturday prices to their grooms.
