Cancellation/No Show Policy

Please give us 24 hour notice if you cannot make appointment.

If a 24 hour notice is not given to us, a $25 cancelation fee will be applicable to your next appointment.

Senior Pets

Small-Medium dogs (and Cats) need vet clearance stating your pet will be okay on the grooming table 10 years+

Large and Extra Large dogs 8 years + need vet clearance

Vaccines

The only vaccine we require is Rabies

$20 Holding Fee

Pets are more than welcome to stay if need be. There will be a $20 holding fee if staying over an hour. Bathroom breaks, water and treats will be giving during their stay.

Redoing Grooms

We always do our best to make sure you are happy with how the groom comes out. We would be more than happy to change anything you may not like when picking up your baby. However, if you would like us to change things after you leave the building, there will be a $20-$60 fee applied
